- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 lb venison steaks or boneless round steak cut into thin bit size pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 good shakes of Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic - a little extra minced onion and garlic would work too!
- 4 Cups veggies - I use 2 cups chopped broccoli, 1 cup sliced carrots, 1 cup snap peas if available, handful chopped onion
- Ina small bowl whisk flour, broth, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.Whisk until powders are dissolved
- In a large skillet cook venison/beef until 98% done
- Add broth mixture and Garlic Garlic
- Add Veggies
- Bring to a boil, simmer for at least 10 minutes or until sauce thickens and veggies are tender. If sauce doesn't thicken whisk in a touch more flour.

Serve with white or fried rice.
